How to Create a Pickup Order

  1. Navigate to Operations > Pickup Orders
  2. Click "New Pickup Order"
  3. Fill in the Basic Information section
  4. Complete Shipper Information:
    • Select or create shipper account
    • Choose pickup address
    • Set pickup date and time window
  5. Enter Consignee Information:
    • Select or create consignee account
    • Specify delivery address
    • Set expected delivery date and time
  6. Add Carrier Information:
    • Select carrier
    • Enter tracking number if available
  7. Add Commodities Information
  8. Add any relevant notes or special instructions
  9. Save the pickup order
